Collection and processing when using the contact form:

If you register for our free newsletter, the data you requested for this purpose, i.e. your e-mail address and, will be transmitted to us. At the same time, we store the IP address of the Internet connection from which you access our website as well as the date and time of your registration. During the further registration process, we will ask for your consent to send you the newsletter, describe the content in detail and refer to this privacy policy. How do we use Klick-Tipp?

(1) In our online communication with you, we use the services of KLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd's Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom. The representative of KLICK-TIPP LIMITED within the meaning of Article 27 of the GDPR is Waterton Knowledge Center WKC UG, Friedrichstr. 53a, 15537 Erkner, Germany, represented by Ulf Castelle, DSGVO-Vertreter@klicktipp.com. We obtain these services through a main contractual relationship with Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Strasse 32, 31139 Hildesheim. (2) We store your contact data with Klick-Tipp and, where applicable, process the data we process via the online marketing tools described in more detail in this privacy policy. This is because these providers are fully integrated with Klick-Tipp via a secure interface. Therefore, it is possible that Klick-Tipp takes note of this data, whereby - as already mentioned above - Klick-Tipp has no own right of use with regard to this data and is fully subject to our instructions.

Customer account:

When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.

Collection, processing and use of personal data when placing orders: When ordering, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment and processing of your order and to process your requests. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide it will result in no contract being concluded. We use on our website the function to embed YouTube videos of YouTube LLC. (901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; "YouTube").YouTube is a company affiliated with Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").The function displays videos deposited with YouTube in an iFrame on the website. The "Enhanced privacy mode" option is activated. Wordfence collects your IP address and other data about your behavior on our website (in particular URLs accessed and header information) to protect you from attackers from the Internet. In the process, your IP address is compared with a list of known attackers, and cookies are also set for logged-in users.
